  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 2 medium carrots (diced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Sauté onions, celery, and carrots until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
