Description

Lobster ravioli sauce is a luxurious addition to your pasta repertoire, transforming a simple dish into an exquisite culinary experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure the lobster meat is cooked and chopped.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly but not browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer while stirring occasionally for about three minutes.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat and let it simmer for another two minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley and basil before serving over pasta.

Notes

  •  For a lighter sauce, replace half of the heavy cream with chicken broth.
  •  Add lemon zest for a refreshing brightness.
  •  Consider tossing in a splash of white wine during cooking for an added depth of flavor.
