Description

Mango Float Bars are a delightful no-bake dessert that captures the essence of summer with their creamy mango filling and crunchy graham cracker base. Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos, diced
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream and diced mangoes until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the mixture over the graham cracker base, then add another layer of crushed graham crackers.
  6. Top with the remaining mango mixture and smooth out. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Slice and serve directly from the freezer.
