Description

Mini Eggs Easter Brownie Parfaits are a festive treat that layers rich chocolate brownies, light whipped cream, and colorful Mini Eggs for a delightful dessert everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients per package)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Mini chocolate eggs (variety of colors)
  • Optional: cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan as per brownie mix instructions.
  2. Mix brownie ingredients until smooth and pour into the greased pan; bake according to package directions for fudgy texture.
  3. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting them into small squares.
  4. In serving glasses, layer brownie pieces, whipped cream, and crushed Mini Eggs. Repeat layers until glasses are filled.
  5. Top with additional whipped cream and whole Mini Eggs. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
