Description

Mini Pizza Bites are the perfect snack for any occasion, combining warm, gooey cheese and crispy crusts with your favorite toppings. Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking tray.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼-inch thick. Cut into small rounds using a cookie cutter.
  3. Place each dough round on the baking tray, add a dollop of pizza sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and top with desired toppings.
