- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into squares.
- Place shredded mozzarella and a slice of pepperoni in each square; top with a small dollop of pizza sauce.
- Gather the corners of the dough square and pinch tightly to seal the filling inside.
- Place the filled dough balls into the muffin tin and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
