Description

Savor a delicious Olive Tapenade & Goat Cheese Sandwich, packed with rich flavors and creamy textures. Perfect for lunch, picnics, or gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 large baguette (or ciabatta loaf)
  • 1 cup mixed olives, pitted
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (basil or parsley) – optional

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine olives, capers, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. Slice the baguette into thick pieces and toast them lightly in a skillet over medium heat until golden.
  3. Spread the tapenade on one side of each toasted slice and top with crumbled goat cheese. Press slices together to create sandwiches.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
