- 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
- 1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, curry powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
