  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1 large fresh orange, sliced
  • 2 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups filtered water

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a pot until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Remove from heat and steep 4 black tea bags for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced orange and cinnamon sticks to the pot; steep for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar or honey while still warm until dissolved.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool before refrigerating for at least an hour.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with additional orange slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
