  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, soy sauce, and honey to create the marinade.
  4. Place chicken in the baking dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's well coated. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
