Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly. Press about 1 tablespoon into each muffin cup to form the crust.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until creamy.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls; color one red and the other blue.
- Layer the fillings: spoon red mixture into each crust, followed by white, then top with blue.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until set but jiggly in the center. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours before serving.
