  • 1 cup granulated sugar (super fine)
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, or passionfruit)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar while continuing to whip until glossy stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in white vinegar and vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet in a circular wreath shape, creating swirls or peaks for texture.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour; turn off the oven and let it cool inside with the door slightly ajar.
  6. Once cooled, top with whipped cream and an array of fresh fruits. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
