  • 4 cups day-old brioche or challah bread, torn into pieces
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Tear the bread into bite-sized pieces and place them in the dish.
  3. Slice fresh peaches and add them over the bread.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
