  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Whisk together flour and baking soda; gradually add to wet ingredients without overmixing.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough onto lined baking sheets spaced apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft.
  8. Press mini marshmallows into the center of each cookie and bake for an additional 1-2 minutes until puffy.
  9. Cool slightly before sandwiching cookies together.
