  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium fresh jalapeño, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch round.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown. Shred once cooled.
  3. Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well-coated. Spread remaining sauce over the rolled-out dough and evenly sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Layer pineapple chunks and jalapeño slices over cheese.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
