- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients; stir gently until just combined.
- Spoon half of the batter into each muffin cup. Add a dollop of cream cheese filling in the center and top with remaining batter. Swirl caramel sauce on top.
