- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together oats, protein powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
