  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, nut butter, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Stir vigorously until the mixture is sticky but manageable.

  4. Roll small portions of the mixture into balls, about one inch in diameter.
