- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 2 drops blue food coloring

Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat after boiling. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool eggs in an ice bath or under cold running water until completely cool.
- Peel the eggs gently under running water to ease shell removal.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
- Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls; add red food coloring to one and blue to the other until desired shades are achieved.
- Fill egg whites alternately with red and blue yolk mixtures using piping bags or zip-top bags.
