- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and shredded coconut until sticky.
- Gently fold in dark chocolate chips and sea salt until evenly distributed.
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Place rolled balls on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
