  • 9 lasagna noodles (no-boil)
  • 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (whole milk)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (packed)
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in seafood and spinach into the creamy mixture.
  5. Layer the baking dish: start with sauce, then noodles, seafood mixture, more sauce, mozzarella. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
