  • 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 lb fresh seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and herbs.
  2. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes), then drain.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add seafood mix; cook until shrimp turn pink and mussels open (3-5 minutes).
  5. Stir in cherry tomatoes and white wine; simmer for about 5 minutes until tomatoes soften.
  6. Combine the drained pasta with the seafood sauce in the skillet; toss well. Add reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh herbs and extra red pepper flakes if desired.
