  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Place salmon on one side of the baking sheet and asparagus on the other. Drizzle half of the garlic butter sauce over both.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and asparagus is tender-crisp.
  6. Drizzle remaining sauce over the dish before serving.
