Instructions
- Wash vegetables and slice mushrooms, asparagus, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.

- Toss in asparagus pieces and cook for 2 minutes until bright green but still crisp.
- Add sliced mushrooms; sauté for another 2 minutes until softened.
- Add shrimp to the pan; cook for about 3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Pour soy sauce over everything; if using cornstarch, mix it with water first to thicken the sauce. Cook for an additional minute to combine.
