  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 large ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Dice mango and avocado, keeping the avocado slightly chunky.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, chopped cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  4. Assemble the bowls by layering diced avocado at the bottom, followed by shrimp on top. Spoon generous amounts of mango salsa over each bowl.
  5. Drizzle lime-chili sauce on top before serving.
