- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth

- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 6 soft sandwich rolls or hoagie buns
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the beef chuck roast and season with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
- Sauté sliced onions and minced garlic in the same skillet until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Add seared beef, sautéed onions, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and any desired spices to the slow cooker. Stir gently.
