- 1 whole wheat pizza dough (12 oz)
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped spinach and artichokes until wilted.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the prepared dough. Top with sautéed spinach and artichokes, then sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
