- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted (about 3 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, feta, eggs, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and the sautéed spinach. Mix well.
- Roll out puff pastry into a greased pie dish. Spoon in the filling and cover with another puff pastry sheet. Seal edges with fingers or fork.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
