Description

Indulge in this festive St. Patrick’s Day Brownie Trifle, featuring layers of fudgy brownies, creamy pudding, and vibrant green sprinkles for a delightful dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • Brownie mix (or homemade)
  • Whole milk
  • Instant chocolate pudding mix
  • Whipped topping
  • Green sprinkles
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: Mint extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare brownie mix as per package instructions and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together whole milk and pudding mix until thickened (about 2 minutes). Set aside.
  4. Cut cooled brownies into squares. In a trifle bowl or glass serving dish, layer half the brownie squares, followed by half the pudding, then half the whipped topping.
  5. Repeat the layering with remaining ingredients and finish with sprinkles and chocolate chips on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
