  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (plus more for serving)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter or cooking spray (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, soften cream cheese and mix in vanilla extract until smooth.
