  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Pat the pork ribs dry and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the dry rub.
  4. Generously apply the dry rub to both sides of the ribs.
  5. Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  6. Carefully remove the foil and brush barbecue sauce over the ribs; bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
