  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the baby back ribs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the ribs thoroughly.
  3. Place the seasoned ribs in the slow cooker either vertically or curled around.
  4. Pour half of the barbecue sauce over the ribs, ensuring even coverage.
