  • 1 can (14 oz) full-fat Coconut Milk
  • 4 cups low-sodium Vegetable Broth
  • 12 oz frozen or homemade Dumplings
  • 2 cups Fresh Vegetables (bell peppers, bok choy, etc.), chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • ¼ cup Green Onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
