Description

Tiramisu Brownies are an indulgent fusion of classic brownie richness and the delightful flavors of tiramisu. With layers of fudgy chocolate brownie, aromatic espresso, and creamy mascarpone, these treats are perfect for any occasion—whether it’s a casual dessert night or a festive gathering. Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp espresso powder
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir in cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until frothy, then fold in flour and espresso powder until just combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with coffee liqueur until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, dollop half of the mascarpone mixture on top, then layer remaining brownie batter. Swirl gently for marbling.
  6. Bake for approximately 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean but moist.
  7. Let cool before slicing into squares.
