  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 12 inches wide.
  3. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
