Description

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless salmon fillets (about 8 oz)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla, leaving an inch around the edges.
  4. Place salmon slices evenly on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly from one end to the other and place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels or serving whole.
