Perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings, this dish captures the essence of a Big Mac while keeping it light and satisfying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  5. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the salad and toss again until well-coated.
  6. Serve immediately on plates or in a family-style bowl.
