- 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash cherry tomatoes and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 20-25 minutes until slightly charred and juicy.
- In a large bowl, combine the roasted tomatoes and torn basil leaves.
- Gently place the burrata on top, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then serve immediately.
