Description

Burrata & Oven Roasted Tomato Salad is a vibrant, flavor-packed dish where creamy burrata meets sweet caramelized tomatoes, perfect for summer gatherings or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash cherry tomatoes and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 20-25 minutes until slightly charred and juicy.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the roasted tomatoes and torn basil leaves.
  5. Gently place the burrata on top, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then serve immediately.
