  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, coat chicken breasts with olive oil and Caesar dressing.
  3. On a sheet pan, place the coated chicken and surround it with cherry tomatoes and spinach.
