  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  2. Combine sugar and melted butter with the yeast mixture, then gradually add flour until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
  5. Mix softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and chai spices for the filling.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread filling evenly, and roll tightly into a log.
