  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  3. Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until just combined.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sour cream and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Scoop cookie dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Flatten slightly and place a tablespoon of cheesecake filling in the center. Fold edges over filling and roll in cinnamon-sugar mix.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden around the edges but soft in the center.
