Description

Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups are a low-carb delight, combining gooey cheese and savory pepperoni wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for satisfying cravings or serving as fun appetizers!


Ingredients

  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 15 slices pepperoni
  • ½ cup pasta sauce (for dipping)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out a low-carb tortilla and evenly sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  3. Dust Italian seasoning over the top, then roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
