Description

Cherry Butter is a luscious, sweet-tart spread that transforms your breakfast favorites into gourmet delights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cherries by washing and pitting them.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine pitted cherries, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir until bubbling.
  3. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes syrupy.
