  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Chop the broccoli florets into smaller pieces and mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add sliced chicken to the pan; cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli florets along with 2 tablespoons of water to steam slightly; cook for another 3 minutes until bright green but still crisp.
  6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over the stir-fry mixture, tossing everything to coat evenly.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
