  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • ½ cup red onion, sliced
  • 4 tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic, bell peppers, and red onion for about 4-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  5. Assemble wraps by laying down sliced chicken on tortillas, topping with sautéed veggies and drizzling sauce.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly and cut in half to serve.
