  • 5 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa, chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  1. Rinse strawberries, pat dry, and reserve four for garnish. Remove tops and chop the remaining strawberries.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring until smooth; allow to cool slightly.
