Description

Chocolate Hazelnut Blossom Cookies are a divine blend of rich chocolate and crunchy hazelnuts, delivering a soft and chewy texture that melts in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Roll dough into balls and place on prepared baking sheets, pressing down slightly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set. Let cool slightly before serving.
