- 1 cup protein (chicken/shrimp/tofu)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (optional)
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: chop veggies and thinly slice protein.
- Cook Chow Mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (30 seconds).
- Add vegetables; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Move veggies aside, add protein to the wok, and cook until fully cooked (3-5 minutes).
- Combine everything in the wok; add noodles, soy sauce, cornstarch mixture, brown sugar, and rice vinegar.
- Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until well-coated and heated through.
- Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
