  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded corned beef, cabbage, green onions, and garlic powder.
