  • 2 cups fresh cranberries (or 1 cup frozen cranberries)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Rinse fresh cranberries under cold water and pat dry (if using frozen, thaw and drain).
  2. In a large bowl, mix mini marshmallows, drained crushed pineapple, chopped nuts, and sour cream.
  3. Gently fold in the cranberries without crushing them.
  4. Carefully add the Cool Whip and combine until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
